  • "Cannot Upgrade to U-Verse!!!"
  • "Been waiting and Yelling for upgrades in the area.. No One Is Listening"

I have had Ameritech / SBC DSL since it first became available in Arlington Heights (I think 1998).

I have talked to everyone I can find / locate / email / You Name It and cannot get any real answers to when we can get the complete U-Verse packages!!

Today I find out the WOW buried cable is BAD AGAIN!!

Will someone there listen to those that have been Outstanding Customers!!?!?!
