I had Comcast HSI and their phone service but, my bill was becoming to crazy for me to handle around 90/month for 6meg internet and their phone service.
So i ordered Atat/Sbc and their customer service rep was probably the nicest ive ever talked to.
Ordered the 768/384 tier, speed is right at caps and pings are good. Got their basic unlimited local calling phone deal.
Only thing i can say is that made me a bit mad was i called them today to upgrade to the pro package 3/512 tier and i have to wait till the 17th for them to upgrade my interent. Their phone/internet installer also kinda pissed me off, he hooked up the line outside of the apartment came up to my door and told me its hooked up, yet i wasnt able to get online, so i went back down to his truck and he told me i had to call in to "reigster" my modem..that sorta pissed me off..it should be their responsibility to get the customer going when you have to pay a install fee..o well i guess.
For the monthly price that should be the price of the pro package/with my phone bill or around that. With their basic interent teir 768/384 and unlimited basic phone the monthly bill is $36.
