    Service is still going strong! Connection hasn't gone out at all and I'm getting a consistent 5 down/650 up. Have no complaints at all.

    I'm officially done with Comcast! I had Dish Network service installed last week and that service has been great and MUCH cheaper than Comcast (no taxes as well).

    Just had phone service installed from AT&T (most basic plan). The installer was very nice and hooked an entire new line from the pole to the house because the previous line was cut for some reason. Then after he left I set up the DSL with the included CD and it was a snap! Couldn't have been any easier.

    I ordered the Elite package so I get better upload and about the same download speed than I did with Comcast and it's $10 cheaper! (Actually $25 if you figure the fact that I'll be penalized for not having cable service anymore).

    And actually, I basically get the basic phone line for free because I won't receive the two $5 penalties Dish Network charges for not having a phone line connected to the receivers.

    So I'm very happy with my service and I love how Vista handles the DSL connection, it's as if there is no PPOE. I'll update in a week when I've used it more.
