I decided to switch to DSL when we moved from our apartment into our new house. The installation went well, except that I didn't realize that the DSL modem was already here when I moved in, they had delivered it before we closed on the house, so I waited a few extra days to do the self install. Service has been very reliable, even over what was very shaky inside wiring for a brief period while I punched down a new phone jack for my computer room. I'm happy with the service, and look forward to affording the upgrade to the 3 or 6MB service.
