I had a good knowledge of the product before purchase and under stood the principles of electronics. DSL use frequency to carry the information and two things can obstruct this frequency. Distance and multiple directions can cause impedance or resistance which can affect the integrity of the DSL signal. I had a dedicated fax installed the created a pipe or a direct path from the co to the modem; this minimize the impedance. Once the logistics were address connecting the wireless gateway was simple. Now I have Elite I can use sky Angle, Call advantage and much more. Service is still relieable.
