I have to say, at&t has done a lot since the last time i was with them. I ordered (reordered in a way) new phone service and DSL at the same time, after leaving Insight's Phone Service. Due date was 3 days after POTS was in! It used to be that it was a week after your POTS was installed, your DSL would go live, but I’m not complaining. Received the new Motorola 2210, and as in typical Motorola fashion, its rock solid, and reliable. I could only get the Express package at first, but after registering I’m going to have David in AT&T Direct recheck the loop length, as I know I can get Elite & Pro here, as I’ve had them before I left. So that’s about the only "negative" I have thus far, at&t needs to do a better job of updating the loop lengths and maybe they will/would steal some more dialup or unhappy cable internet subs.
