The installation service was horrendous. The local (walk-in only, no phone calls) office on Martha's Vineyard has no clue in general, has soap operas playing at the front desk, and were never up to date on the status of our installation. Numerous and various types of technicians were scheduled, only to show up (always late), and tell us they weren't the right person to complete the install. (No one ever called to say they were running late, often well beyond the 4 hour window appointment time.) When we finally got the right person there, he was visibly drunk and had brought his girlfriend with him. Under normal circumstances we would have told him to leave, but it had been 4 months since we requested service, so we put up with it. It works fine now, but if there had been any other service available in the area, they would have gotten my business.

wow.Did you report this to 1-888-683-1000 so that the help desk can put in a ticket for investigation into the local office into your region regarding the drunk technician?
If you didn't, then you should complain about this. | |

If you feel you are trained to diagnose drug and alcohol then perhaps you should go into the business.Because you are upset with Adelphia you are "Killing the messenger"after all HE is the one that got it done.
