Overpriced for the quality, tech support is no help at all, at best you'll get a precanned message within 24 hours.

The quality of service can go from spectacular to pure junk about 20 times in the course of a day. I'm currently on my 12th hour of sub dialup speeds.

Stay away until WiMax matures... it's too early to rely on this, especially in a new market.

If you want a portable service, go with Sprint PCS and get a wireless router for the broadband card.

p.s. Did I mention that they block ports?
