Sign up was a snap. Modem arrived over the phone a few days later. Installation occurred before the scheduled date, didn't have to be at home. Called tech support for some basic assistance for basic assistance w/ IP addresses and setting up DNS and had a pleasant and fairly knowledgable operator. All in all no problems whatsoever.
