    DSL went out tonight. I called at 7:40. "Paul" figured out what had gone wrong. It was an issue with Qwest. He called them and got a work order going. He was off at 8, but called back right before leaving. I did not hear the phone ring. He called back. I missed that one. I was really bummed when I realized I'd missed his calls. It was about 9 p.m. when my phone rang again. It was Paul, calling from home. He got me up and running, on his own time. That is customer service.
