EngineHosting is pretty good but they don't offer enough bandwidth or storage for the price. Their servers are fast, load balanced, reliable, etc. Their uptime is also great.
But, when I left for another host for more bandwidth and storage, EngineHosting kept the money that I had prepaid even though I would not be using their service. If this is in their TOS, so be it. I don't really agree with having to pay for something I'm not using as a penalty for leaving. And their billing customer support person, Nancy, was less than helpful and in fact, not very friendly.
Also, their control panel is very lacking and even for the most normal basic things that you would want to change, you have to open a ticket for EngineHosting's tech. to do it for you.
