I had ordered DSL through Qwest for their special rate.. was ready to go by the 18th, but didn't realize I was stuck with MSN. Called Qwest and they said I had to wait til the installation date to switch providers. Went to FRII's offices and a member of their sales team was EXTREMELY helpful, not only did she get my FRII account setup, but called Qwest and got the ISP switched, and provisioned line with a static IP in about 40 minutes. I was very satisfied, they had a slight billing mixup, but was corrected immediately and painlessly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Colorado that wants a good DSL provider.
