Signed up for a 5MB Dry Loop with TekSavvy DSL to replace the Bell Sympatico connection at my girlfriend's house.

I've had some line issues in the past with both Bell and TSI but this is exactly where TekSavvy shines - unlike Bell, I don't have to spend hours going in circles with somebody in India to get help. These guys know what they're doing - special mention here to the reps in the Direct Forum... great help. Once I upgrade my modem these problems should improve significantly - in fact the problems were taken care of within a couple days of raising the issue, if I was still with Sympatico we'd still be going in circles.

Saving a bit of cash over Bell too, no long-term (or short-term for that matter) contract, and speeds are as high as my line will permit.

In the end of the day, until somebody other than Bell controls the last mile then TekSavvy is the best you can get.

Really impressed with all the efforts that TekSavvy has put in to regulatory affairs. Unlike Bell, it seems that they have the best interests of Canadians in mind. Wouldn't want to be supporting anyone else.

Can't wait for TekSavvy Cable to come to Ottawa so I will finish with Bell once and for all.

always

they'll always be at Bell and Rogers feet until they build out their own network from the ground up.
