Frequent drops, speeds at 1/10 of what is advertised, service is frequently a week before anyone comes to look for a problem. Technicians always have excuses like its some one else turning on their tv or over utilization of their equipment and nothing can be done.

| review Overutilazation can be fixed just not by this company cause they don't really care cause they know you probally have no real options like I have no real options. Been having the same issue for over a year now and they haven't fixed it yet. So good luck getting them to do anything but send you a bill. | |
