Frequent drops, speeds at 1/10 of what is advertised, service is frequently a week before anyone comes to look for a problem. Technicians always have excuses like its some one else turning on their tv or over utilization of their equipment and nothing can be done.

review Overutilazation can be fixed just not by this company cause they don't really care cause they know you probally have no real options like I have no real options. Been having the same issue for over a year now and they haven't fixed it yet. So good luck getting them to do anything but send you a bill.
