Dear Hughes Net,
I just wanted to tell you how much I HATE your service. And hate truly isn't a strong enough word for how much I loathe this internet service. If my husband hadn't locked us into a multi-year contract, I would have booted Hughes Net out of our house and off of our roof a month into our service. Rest assured, THE DAY our contract with Hughes Net is complete we are through with your company.
The service is so bad that if I ever ran into the actress that represents your company in TV commercials on the street, I fear I might punch her in the face for her bold lies. It would be better not to have a computer in the house at all, than to pay ridiculous money for the illusion of internet service.
After yet another morning of horrible internet connectivity, I was simply compelled to take time out of my very busy day to tell you how much I hate your services. I don't even have to blog about how bad Hughes Net is because anyone who visits our house comments on the inability to get on the internet.
how much heughsnet sucks dear hugesnet u fucking suck, slow, get kicked of, not enough down load just not worth the cost i will move to verizion and they realy suck so u must be at the bottom i will find every venue i can to tell the world u fucking suckkkkkkkk

| | I have never had so much trouble with a business! The first month of service was almost as bad as dial-up, so i cancelled on day 30. I refuse to pay over $72 a month for lousy service--and that's for their "cheap" plan! To make a long story short, although I cancelled within the first 30 days of service, yesterday a $400 debit showed up on my bank account!! I have now lost well over an hour of my life on 3 telephone calls fighting with their lousy customer service who only keeps repeating, "I'm sorry" but not doing anything about it! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was even denied that! Of course they can take the $400 out of my account in seconds, but now I have to wait "up to 7 days" for it to be put back into my account and on top of that, they refuse to pay all of the overdraft fees I'll incur because of THEIR MISTAKE!! I'm telling everyone I know and posting on every website I can find telling people to stay away from HughesNet!
