I was told I had no choice but to go with Hughes Net because no other
service was available to me in the area.
Half the time I cannot access the internet, and when I do it is slower
than dial up most of the time. This isn't the only issue with this company
that promises faster speed and accessability, they also tack on extras
that you do not ask for.
I don't understand why the government can't deregulate the internet/cable
companies like they did the electric and phone companies.

One very dissatisfied customer,
Barbara Brasher

Internet Access

My contract is just about up and I am wondering whether to sign on again. Their high speed in British Columbia Canada is getting slower and slower and downloading a simple photo can take so long............any assistance would be so greatly appreciated.

Re: Internet Access

I'd wait to see what gen4 has to offer before hopping on anything.
