I have had the service almost a month now and it's difficult not to become angry at just how bad the service is. I prepared for the installation by rearranging my home for a "bull in the China closet", it wasn't quite that bad. I have not had service this poor since dial-up. Latency to the local server is the worst, at least 25% of the time Windows times out and runs diagnostic to find the server, the other 75% of the time it is measured in sips of coffee waits. As bad as AT&T was (I thought), even their slowest speed is better than Time Warner's "up to 10Mbs. I'm not sure how much longer I can stand this. AT&T started me at 23Mbs for $24.95, they lowered my speed to 6Mbs and then doubled the price to $50 per month. They couldn't care less whether I stayed or went. I cancelled them two days before the end of my pay period, and they billed me for the final two days plus an extra month for good measure. I know this, I will NEVER sign with Time Warner again. Ed If you need further information I will provide it, I just don't want anyone else to be burnt. (review was emailed from domain tx.rr.com) lodged 11.4 years ago
