Ordered over the phone, sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient. Set the booking date at the soonest available date, a week after. Bought my modem second hand off kijiji.
Setup date came along, and as other reviews have stated, the persons managing the line activations (rogers employees) were unreliable and came 2 hours late.
However, ever since I got it set up, I've been dealing with faster and more consistent internet connections than Bell ever provided.
I dont know why i didnt make the switch earlier...
