I recently terminated my service with Acanac and its been the most painful
experience. The company is VERY disorganized and the only way to deal with
billing issues is via email and it takes approximately 4 days to get back
to you!!! (They lie on the voicemail saying that it takes 4-6 hours).
Anyways, it has been a LONG road. I am so irritated with this service and
would never recommend it to anyone! Not only did I also have the issue with
the 10 day service activation which was also annoying at that point in
time, but terminating the service has been far worse. The service itself
was ok, quite a few interruptions but given the deal I got it seemed worth
it. However, be VERY aware of your 1-year anniversary as prices get jacked
up like crazy and the free phone gets charged at one time with a $130 fee.
I think I'll be going with a provider with better customer service in the
future as getting through to this provider has been far too much work and I
don't have the time to deal with their BS. Honestly, I'm hearing better
things about techsavvy.
