As far as the Canadian market goes, if you're a power user looking to gobble up as much internets as you can for the best price, without a contract, Teksavvy is your only choice. Standard coax install. dependent on rogers. Modem got here 2 days after I ordered it. Tech support, Customer service and Billing are all above average. Although i will have to point out that the phone wait is often long for tech support as teksavvy operates locally (kudos!). DHCP issues happen every so often and Teksavvy is never to blame for them, its all on Rogers end as you can read in the forums here. NOTE: The customer service agent was honest and recommended a docsis 3.0 modem. I love it. I pay for 18mbps but I can squeeze 40mbps out of it on off peak hours. If you're with anyone other than teksavvy, you're a sucker UPDATE: after/during the rogers dns-pocalypse, reviewing the tech support on dslreports and using teksavvy dns I have updated my review. member for 11.6 years, 20 visits, last login: 6.5 years ago updated 11.1 years ago
