Flashcom is probably the worst ISP I've ever used. Sure connecting me was fine. Keeping me connected. That's a whole different story.. They gave me a defective modem which later fried. It took almost 3 weeks (3 weeks!!!!!) to get a replacement. And this is after repeated calls to tech support (waste my time!) and repeated attempts at making an appointment with Covad. When the repairman finally came, he told me that somebody had dropped the ball somewhere because he had definitely been available all week long. Argg!!!!
Tech support is horrible! I've had tech support hang up on me, transfer me, and fool me for weeks. btw, I asked the guy if I could have 5 minutes to confirm my schedule when we were making an appointment. He said, no way, he would not give me 5 minutes. Is that courteous or what?
Now that I'm finally back online with a new modem, I'm still having a different set of connection problems. Now I can't d/l certain files. They crash the router or something. The connection dies!
If I could give a 0/5 I would!
