I was moving and decided to go from Cable to DSL. Checked my new address for DSL, and since it qualified, I ordered it, to be installed on April 1, 2004.
April 1, 2004, everything is installed and up and running. My only complaint right now is the download speed seems to vary greatly, from 600 down, to 1.2 down, and the upload seems stable from 600-800 up.
Update:
My upload and download speeds seem to vary quite a bit.. from 1.2 down to 800 up.. to 128 down, 60 up.. Calling tech support resulted in waiting on hold for 72 minutes without talking to someone ..
Update:
3 months later, 15 calls to tech support, and many emails, the problem still happens. Unstable, unreliable connection. No one can seem to figure it out..
