The service is very reliable. It hasn't been down once yet. My cable went down almost weekly for a few minutes, sometimes for an hour. I have Qwest Naked DSL so it is about 62$ a month.

Trained at 7168 / 896 Kbps. I get about 6.4mbps down / 800kbps up.

Changed a few months ago to bundled POTS/DSL. The DSL cost is 35$/M for 7Mbps. I pay a total of 68$/M for the DSL and Qwest Choice Home with taxes.

The connection is still good most of the time but on occasion I have problems obtaining full speed from Giganews.
