    Ordered Qwest Business DSL Plus package with the self-installation kit. Modem arrived 2 days before service was to be initiated. On the day of the service installation, they called at 9am (beginning of the window) and said the service was active. I hooked up the supplied DSL modem and was up and running (very quickly) in a couple of minutes.

    06/2000 Update:

    Updated from 1.5MB to 7MB FTN service. Install took a little over an hour, initial pre-tweak speeds show 5.6MB up / 750k down. Much better than the 700k down / 480k up I was getting with the 1.5MB service.
