    Pre Sales information: They tell you what you will get (7168 kbps).
    Install Co-ordination: Ok, I installed it.
    Connection reliability: ha ha ha...The internet goes almost completely dead to dial up speeds on Monday - Sunday after 3pm.
    Tech Support: seven of them I talked to and none of them knew what "kbps" was...
    Services: I hate contracts.
    Value for money: I get mostly what I pay for

    UPDATE: 3/17/09: Speeds arenormalized between 4000 and 6000. I believe whatever issue they had causing me to have horrible speeds was resolved.

    The first attachment is from 2pm and the 2nd attachment is from 5am.

    Money Back?

    I see Qwest has a 30 day money back policy. How long have you had the service? if it is longer than 30 days, you may be able to get out of the contract if they are not delivering what you are paying for. Is Cox available where you live?

    Dial-up

    168 kbps is not slower than any form of dial-up, for what it's worth. Which is nothing.

    Those update numbers look pretty darn good. has the issue now been resolved as far as connection? Looks like you're getting your monies worth there. Kinda unfair to give Qwest that black eye rating if you're all good now. just saying...
