    I recently moved back to south dakota from ne and had a bad experience with the omaha cable company, so I was excited that my apartment building is 2 blocks from a CO! Connect Platinum from Qwest is testing at just under 6 mbps and it hasn't fluctuated yet! I didn't lock in the price for life yet, but I'm sure I will later (great to have that option). right now I'm paying 36.99/m

    Just changed to the new Actiontec M1000 modem...not changes in performance, I don't use the wireless attachment for it, but rather an older belkin router I have. more than happy with the performance
