    Qwest DSL is rock solid reliable. I had it since US-West came out with it in the Denver area back in the 1990s. since then it only truely went down a handful of times. in the 10+ years i had it until Feb of 2007 i give it an A+. Tech support is good. they work with you to solve the problem beyond the reboot the modem.
