    I ordered this service online via Qwest DSL web page - selected alternative ISP Plan via US Family paying US Family $12.95/month for ISP services such as DSN and 5 email accounts and one Static IP address. They bill me direct once every six months and Qwest bills me $15.00/month for DSL access for a total cost of $24.95/month for 256K x 128K services.

    I think this is a great value for just web browsing, email and music downloads. I'm not big fan of YouTube so 256K is just fine.
