    I've had only one issue over 2 years. Lightning damaged my modem and I was unable to get decent up/down speeds. A tech was dispatched the following day to replace my modem at no cost.

    Pricing is much better than Cox for a similar speed.

    Same here. 100% connection. I do lose a little bandwidth with my older wireless connection opposed to the desktop.? I pay 20 a month with all the other bundleing. My highpings do not seem to really affect my gameplay.
