    I got Qwest's FTTN 12mbs/894kbs deal. I am surprised to report that I get a consistent 10-11mbs downstream and 750kbs upstream. I had 8mbs with Comcast that never went above 6.

    Ordered online & got an install date for 6 days later. Received the modem on the same day as the given install date, and the Qwest tech that came out actually lives right across the parking lot in the same complex as me and said I could just come & knock on the door if I have any problems.

    I really can't find anything to gripe about right now. I'm happy with the service, and I am looking forward to talking to Comcast's retentions department, which I won't give the time of day.
