    I had CableOne phone and broadband but it was always capping. I am not a heavy downloader and rarely did anything out of the ordinary. But usually test my lines every so often and noticed that I was consistently getting capped and wasn't even close to their cap rules. I complained and they blew me off so I left. I then switched the whole house to ATT wireless for phone and broadband getting almost the same speeds and voice quality. I used a 3G tethering wifi router from www.cradlepoint.com and a bluetooth cell phone to phone gateway from xlink wired into the house phone system. Worked great but I decided to do test out Qwest's new speeds and have been very please with the service overall. Right now I average 4.5 Mbps down and 700 up on 7Mbps/786 service, I'm guessing a setting needs to be changed but I havent had the time and I dont do anything that needs the service max so I've let it slide for now.
