    Ordered basic service. It was $10 cheaper if we had no services, just the line. We use Gmail and Yahoo. Also no fussing about bundled security. Were able to use our own choices. Qwest replaced 2 defective 2wire routers. The last replacement was a Motorola which somehow would not accept our kids wifi cards on their laptops. Theirs were the external - mine's internal and was not affected. That has been fixed.

    So far, so good.
