I have had Qwest for about 3 1/2 years. The uptime has been incredible and their customer service is top notch. I purchased their 7Mb/768Kb service and could not be happier. I opted to use an aftermarket DSL Gateway instead of their provided equipment from the beginning. The only other option was Cableone and I was not about to use them. My order was processed quickly and I was on the net within 72 hours. I will be a life long Qwest user and proud to be one.
