I'm writing this hoping someone who works for teksavvy will read this. I'm fed up, About once a month I get random BS packet loss and everytime I call they make me troubleshoot the living crap out of my setup when clearly the packet loss is occuring outside of my network. I spend hours on hold depending on the day and on two seperate occasions i havent been able to reach them at all attempting to call multiple times within a 12 hour window.

Please fix my connection...Sick of calling tek support... wrote this whilst on hold.... FIX THE PACKET LOSS..

I may be giving teksavvy a bad rating but ultimately they are dependant on rogers which is a completely retarded company to begin with and so i'm at the mercy of these people. Sometime's I've had better luck reaching teksavvy via facebook.... this should not be the case...

Packet loss... fix my account-> phone number on my account is: six-one-three-eight-eight-zero-zero-four-two-zero

Giving up on being on hold... I will be cancelling the service unless someone on here fixes my packet loss for good. I dont know where the miscommunication is occuring but its not on my end. its either teksavvy or rogers but together they have failed me.

Re: no seriously....

I am with teksavvy for more than 3 years. Started with DSL and switched to Cable about 2.5 years back. While on DSL, I had low bandwith, however I was very happy. Ever since I am on cable, every once in a while I go through the same situation as yours. Every time I complain, I have to commit myself with phone and a lot of modem testing etc. and finally I am forwarded to Rogers tech that shows up and always say no issue with the cable and refers back to Teksavvy. After this Teksavvy ask me to wait for a day so that they can sort the issue and finally I am OK with speed for a while. This us the same every time.

in addition, I have to power cycle my modem at least once a week and sometimes every day to be able to get some decent speed. FYI, I am a Extreme 28 cable plan. I am seriously thinking of switching. If any one is aware of a company with decent speed, please let me know. I will try to upload speed test results of today
