RANDOM UPDATE FOR 4 SEPTEMBER 2012
absolutely zero problems, still has NG's which are not dead contrary to the propaganda.
RANDOM UPDATE FOR 6 JANUARY 2011
(wow skipped a couple years)
Judging by my receipt for auto payment we are at 49.95 a month now. I fully expected cost to go up eventually.
Only notable news on my end is I recently switched from IPCop to RaqCop (»www.raqcop.com/) on a cobalt raq4i with a CF card - Having Zero problems with sonic.net, but starting 2011 saving big time on electricity somewhere around 24 watts from my +- 500w overkill firewall box.
This ISP is still rocking my world, and contrary to the lies and misinformation out there by mainstream news sources (boy the news is sure propaganda these days) that NG's are dead, Sonic continues to have Newsgroups in 2011 so NG's are certainly not dead.
RANDOM UPDATE FOR 21 AUGUST 2009
I guess I should say going on 3rd year...
DSL Service is Perfection Paradise
I think it's still $24/Month so I am leaving that, and I did sign again for 12 months so I am leaving that. It's possible it could go up. But it hasn't as of this date.
RANDOM UPDATE FOR 20 JUNE 2008:
Going on second year. Signed for the same 1 year contract. Price increase due to leaving introductory rates. I think it's $24, I honestly can't remember now.
Service has kicked butt last year, very very pleased. No problems at all.
No further problems with IPCop (which was Hardware/on my side)
Service has kicked butt (so-far) this year as well.
This ISP kicks butt!
1 year contract. Dynamic/1.5/384
Dialup to DSL in what...5 days.

Snapped filter in - Op's Check good!
DSLREPORTS test "looking good"
I'll try to do a IPCop HOW-TO but I got *lots* of other crap to deal
with first. I am not un-greatful though!
