Signed up with Sonic a year ago with introductory rate of $17 1.5/384 it was great, no downtime that I know of. Called couple times and they always picked up after 1 or 2 rings and always had some one that could answer my questions. On the other hand their live chat is flaky, it would say open and you would select the dept you want and it would just sit there and then time out, better to call them if you want a response right away.
Billing
I have got to say their billing system is the most horrid I seen, they list every single little thing on the bill making it complicated. I don't need to see that you charged me 0.00 for an email address. Other than that no problems with overcharges or other problems. Suggestion I have is the ability to view previous invoices in member tools rather having to check my email.

Re-rated on pro plan the swap took 2 days to activate and currently ramping up I expect everything to run at advertised speeds. Couldn't be happier with their service right now.
