Well the sign up was a mess but things have gotten better all the time.We have had the service for almost 6 months now and it has been rock solid,in fact we now may get to go to 1.5/768.Have had no problems what so ever.Tech keeps us informed of any maintance work and it is always done late(1:00 am or so EST)and by then I'm sleeping anyway.2 static IP's- 5 emails-1.5/384(for now)free fileshack-and many other perks.Keep up the great work Speakeay-you pay more but like i said I would rather have steak than a greasy Mac
11/3/07 Well we not only dumped Speakeasy 22 months ago (after they just turned to crap all of a sudden), we dumped the Alexandria, Va area and headed to the mountains, sold the house there right before the market fell apart and did VERY well. We now live in a 4 season resort in the Shenandoah Valley, kids have a great time. Our service when we first moved here was through Adelphia. We had no problems with their service, then Comcast took over and guess what we still have had no problems to mention. Living in an area where customer service is important for a company to stay alive may make the difference
