    My Other Reviews·RoadRunner Cable
    Hi,

I've been with Speakeasy for the past 3-4 years now. In the beginning, I got speakeasy for the solid connection and the great customer service. They seem to cater to the power user with the no blocked ports, Mac support if needed. ( I got a free gaming console from speakeasy for subscribing ) It was abit more expensive but it was well worth it. Sure there were glitches in the connections here and there but on the whole the connection was solid. Compared to the other isps, I had.

I presently have 6/768 with 5 static ips from speakeasy and also roadrunner premium or whatever (12mbs/768kbs) they call it now.

But during the past year or so, I have noticed on this forum the speakeasy members been leaving because of bad customer service and expensive pricing.I haven't experienced the bad customer service first hand, but the pricing seem more expensive compared to other isps. Perhaps, I've taken for granted that all isps should have a solid connection and be reliable. Also with how the forum members pointed out that Speakeasy now seem to be more geared to Business users especially after speakeasy got bought out by best buy.

Bottom line, if you want a solid connection and willing to pay for it then speakeasy is for you.
