I've been a Speakeasy customer for a long time (maybe 10ish years). I've had both SDSL, naked ADSL and line-shared ADSL with them. Every service was exactly what they advertised. In all cases, the service had phenomenal uptimes and great latencies to my nearby NAPs. The service isn't the cheapest, but, in my opinion, if you want static IPs, no port filtering and high quality, it's absolutely the best.
