I have been a customer of Speakeasy for 15 years, in multiple cities. Their tech support was always fantastic. Their commitment to service was excellent. Since Megapath took over, it has gone downhill so fast I can't believe it. My speeds have dropped to four megabits per second, even though I am paying ($120 a month) for six.
My last three tickets with them were not only never responded to, but the record of me filing tickets was deleted.
Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new provider.
