I ordered a 1.04 Mbps SDSL w/ static IP. Installation was a painful process mainly due to the telephone company. INYC kept on top of things and moreover, kept me informed of what was happening! Technical support is -excellent-. Although the install process was rather bumpy, I am very happy with my installation.
