Refused to refund prepaid fees when I cancelled my service. Claimed they don't refund fees. When I showed them that they had refunded 3 other prepaid fees, they simply said, "We're not going to give you any money." They also had the nerve to charge me late fees and interest on the fees I didn't owe!
