ive been a vector customer for some time now. their network and associated services ( news, shell accounts, game servers, etc ) are all top notch. their price is slightly higher than many "low buck" isp's in my area; but the level of service and support more than makes up for this. i recently qualififed for dsl thru uswest and upgraded my visi account to 256k dsl. dealing with vector on this was smooth and easy. the whole setup and configuration process was well presented in one email - i was able to get up and running very easily. the staff at vector goes out of their way to make sure any questions you may have before, during and after the order/setup process get answered; through both emails and public forums. their tech staff and support people are top notch and i have had no problems with their service. my connections are blazingly fast - and always reliable. in all i would rate my experience with vector's service very highly and i have, and will continue to, recommend them to anyone looking for an isp.
