I was recently reconnected to B'Way Net after a series of errors. My Verizon line was down and my router burnt out at the same time. But to my rescue came
John--and then James. Both of them did a great job of reassuring me that
all would be well. John got me on a dial-up right away, which was quite
a relief. And then James came up, saw that it was a line problem, got me
a new router and well, the rest is history. I have always found Dan
Miller to be extremely helpful. Now I can add the names of John and
James to my list of good guys. I'm very happy to be back with your
company. Dana Friedman was right. It's the best!
    Sincerely,
    Linda E. Jacobs

I was a happy Bway.net dialup client who upgraded to a Telesoho circuit in order to network the computers in my accounting and financial services business. My network consultant was amazed at how easily he was able to setup the network. We had all the info and pre-assigned IP addresses and thanks to Bway's efficiency, the whole process only took half an hour.

The DSL has been up and running without any problem and it has increased my business efficiency exponentially, I am quite happy to recommend both DSL and Bway.net.

I am the SysAdmin for a small ad agency (20+ people) in NYC. We have our own mail and web servers and use the Internet in all phases of client communications and production. It is a vital resource for us.

During my search for a new ISP to replace *horrible* Broadview Networks (and having dealt with PSI and RCN), I was talking to bway.net sales staff, who were *informed*, *interested* and *helpful*, beyond trying to sell service. They made me feel confident that bway.net would be the ISP I would want to be with.

I ordered 1.5 Mbps SDSL service. The circuit was installed by Verizon within 10 days.

Covad came and installed 4 days later.

After a week we had a slight problem with a defective router (Netopia 4260(?), Covad issued) but bway.net staff acted as intermediaries and resolved the issue within 24 hours of reporting the problem.

I also had special needs & requests (DNS hosting, DNS config etc.) during our transition to bway.net, all of which have been handled absolutely flawlessly. The friendly staff welcomes questions and helps if they can (which is in all cases so far). Response time to email-based requests/questions is less than 24 hours.

I am absolutely and completely satisfied.

Getting ADSL through bway.net was a pleasure. I spoke to Dan Miller and
Joe Plotkin. They helped me with all my questions and made getting DSL the
easiest process possible. I will admit, after reading through some of the
horror stories I was afraid that getting DSL would be a nightmare, but Dan
and Joe pushed Covad and Verizon to get the job done. Dan Miller handled
the order with finesse and care.

The rest of the bway.net staff deserves mention as well. Once I called and
spoke with John Sims, who was very knowledgeable. Jose was clear and
concise and he resolved any little problems very quickly without even
needing much information from me! I once had to talk to Jeff about a
billing problem and Jeff resolved it with just a quick question. Dan
Thiesan was quick and eager to help me and I was off the phone in less
than a minute! As you can see, I have become quite familiar with the
bway.net staff and I like the fact that I can always talk to human beings
    instead of machines.

All in all, my experience with bway.net has been wonderful and the ADSL
circuit is fast. I highly recommend bway.net!

I've been using your service for quite sometime now and love it. In over 2
years I think I've only experienced 1 time when my connection was down and
that was only for about a half hour.
I have friends with cable modems and other brands of DSL. They're always
    complaining of down time.
Plus BWay's tech support is top notch!

"TeleSoho ADSL is a much better value than our old SDSL connection"
Pre Sales information:

Value for money:

We recently switched DSL carriers. Our old connection was a 192/192 SDSL connection for $175/mth. Our new ADSL connection is approx. 10 times faster at just above half the price.

Bway.net offers a Static IP ADSL connection through Covad's TeleSoho program. For small businesses not hosting, this is surely the way to go.

Note: Bway.net recently had a flame out that lasted a couple of hours. During this time, it was understandably difficult to get through to customer service (their entire user base was calling at once). Other than that, our connection has been very reliable and fast.

We needed DSL, and Covad directly wasn't flexible. Verizon doesn't give Fixed IPs and we wanted to run our own mail, firewall, etc.
Bway worked with us. The DSL team folks were friendly and helpful.
From order to install it took a few days shorter than predicted by Covad on their customer page - under promise and over deliver is good.

I recently started DSL service with , having had a disappointing experience with
a recently deceased DSL provider and awful expereince trying to get Verizon service.
Bway came highly regarded by acquaintances of mine. The ordering process was smooth,
installation easy - excepting a short delay related to Verizon, installation by Covad was very
professionally done, set-up was easy, and tech support for set up and initial hand-holding
was great. I'm a happy camper!

I've used bway.net for over a year now. I'm impressed by the stability of the system, speed of response when I've had questions or issues and the quality of the technical service. Also, the other bway.net clients I know, including some *very* tech-savvy users, continue to praise it.

I'd recommend bway.net to any user.

I just transitioned from another ISP to Bway.net and I must say that I am very pleased with the level of service I recieved. Bway.net handled everything for me perfectly and I have no complaints with the transition.

So far I am pleasently surprised and pleased. They have learned the most important lesson in business and that is customer service. They do it right.

I will update this in a month and let you know how they do.

When my 2.5-year-old Verizon connection had been down for two full weeks last December and the Verizon tech support people could do nothing but send out additional copies of their WinPoET software -- useless to me, since I don't run Windows -- I decided to switch providers. Based on the excellent reviews I had read of Bway.net here at DSL Reports, I chose them as my new provider. I called them late one Wednesday, ordered and was given a 10- to 15-day installation wait, which sounded reasonable. The following Monday -- that's THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER -- I checked the line and found to my amazement that the service was already up and running! The Covad modem hadn't been shipped yet, but I was able to use the modem that Verizon had supplied until the Covad model shipped. Now, seven months later, I have had NO downtime. On the rare occasions when I've had questions for them, someone at Bway.net has always just picked up the phone and spoken to me (YES! -- NO MUSIC-ON-HOLD to suffer through!), answering my questions on the spot, provided the call is made during their normal business hours. On the one occasion when I had a question outside business hours, I simply E-mailed them and received a response which completely answered my question WITHIN THE HOUR. Given the fact that the connection itself is, of course, excellent -- speeds are fine -- I don't see what more anyone can ask for.
