I ordered 1500/768 ADSL, and the service has been rock solid, with customer service that can only be provided by a local outlet.
I am now in the process of switching my 1.0M/1.0M SDSL from Megapath to Tulsaconnect.
All in all, it's been a pleasure doing business with Tulsaconnect.

TulsaConnect has been wonderful. The only trouble I've ever had was with
SBC, who happens to provision the copper pair to my house. The speed is
great, and the service is outstanding.

We originally joined TulsaConnect a year ago during an office move. Having grown tired of power outages, single points of failure, and insufficient equipment cooling capability, we shutdown our T-1 and moved our servers to TulsaConnect's colocation facility. Since colocating with TulsaConnect, I've had to take the blame for all server downtime as power, bandwidth, and cooling are no longer issues.
During our move, we ordered an aDSL connection from TulsaConnect in the SBC area for our new location. Install took around 7 days and technical support was very helpful. I don't believe we've had any outages on our SBC/TulsaConnect line.
At home, I had kept my NewEdge SDSL from the company in Broken Arrow that had provided our T-1. Unfortunately, that company sort of fell off the earth without warning. Knowing that I needed broadband as soon as possible for after hours maintenance of my servers, the folks at TulsaConnect were able to get Valor Telecom to bring an aDSL line up in 2 days. Granted, this is not the norm for DSL installs, especially with Valor (don't get anyone in Broken Arrow started), but it shows the extent to which TulsaConnect staff will fight for their customers.
The only problem I've ever had with any of my TulsaConnect services was a bad aDSL modem provided by Valor Telecom.

We got a speed stream router and were able to get a static IP address. The order and install process went very smoothly. When we needed help making changes to the router, the support team was very helpful. I don't handle the bills so I am not sure about the monthly charges.

Started with 768 line two years ago, now have 1.5 meg.
Tulsaconnect provides me with 20 email accounts, 10 meg each, web space, ftp service, domain service, static IP, and above all they know what customer service is.
I called and spoke with all available ISP’s two years ago. Tulsaconnect then and now is still my first choice.
Requests via phone or email have always been handled promptly and courteously.
I have also recommended Tulsaconnect for commercial web site hosting and I know the business’s have not been disappointed.
I would recommend www.tulsaconnect.com as I continue to be very pleased with my connection.

I ordered 1.5/768k DSL from Tulsaconnect over a year ago. Since then we have had no down-town and no slow-downs that we have noticed. We closely monitor our internet connections 24 hours a day and we have always been satisfied. I recommend this ISP to everyone in the Tulsa area.

In the days where you're just a customer number for ISP, these guys know you by your first name. Service is great and they listen to what we want. They constantly upgrade their services to meet our every changing demands. Installation process was seamless

The DSL and Internet access was handled very efficiently and went well. I have only praise. I used static IPs and send Tulsa Connect a lot of business. They have supported me extremely well for years.

Tulsaconnect came to my attention when my previous ISP suddenly tanked and I was left without web access and without warning or announcement. TC graciously put a web server up on the old domain with an offer to continue email service for the ex-ISP's customers at no charge. After shopping around a bit, I decided the extra effort by TC made them worth a try and I recognized that the people involved with TC had a long and successful history of providing web service in my area.
A real positive for me was that they took it in stride that I would be connecting with Linux. Other ISPs simply told me they didn't support Linux, and so long, have a nice day.
Desiring to get back online quickly, I stopped by the office to pick up the modem and filters, and received a short friendly tour of the facility along with a hands-on demo of connecting the modem to be sure I would have no problems.
My service is 384/256 for home use and static IP. I've had 100% uptime since switching to Tulsaconnect 3 months ago and I'm very happy with them on all counts.
