    We've been using TulsaConnect to host our website (www.tulsasportsweb.com) but also for individual DSL accounts at home. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure working with them.

    On the hosting side, they have been not only quick to implement any changes we have requested by also very responsive to any problems that have occured. Their response time has been tremendous.

    DSL has been fantastic without any hitches. One of their employees even came out and assisted me in the installation of our DSL at home. We've had only one problem (a SWB problem not theirs) and they spent the time investigating the problem and determining an ETA to fix it.

    TulsaConnect is by far one of the more superior ISP/Hosting/DSL Providers that we've dealt with - and we've been on the internet in some form or fashion for 6+ years. I'd highly recommend them to anyone within their service area.

    customer service is good and to the point. they were able to answer all my questions. I did a self install. no problems at all. the service was switched on within 5 working days.

    These guys are a plessure to work with, as they have always been since the WebZone days. Speed was 384/128k for $41/mo. The install was quick and ontime and everything has been up and running flawlessly ever since. Static IP's, no PPPoE (yay). Also includes email virus/spam filtering, personal webspace, backup dialup account! Very fast, lots of nice perks, an overall exceptional value!

    When I called for service, a real live person answered the phone. Service was installed on the exact day they promised. There have been 0 service interruptions since installation, and my few calls to tech support to ask questions were handled professionally and quickly.

    I do hope broadband access becomes cheaper over the years, but I don't mind now because you get what you pay for.. and with TulsaConnect, you get quite alot.

    The installer that got us started had some problems with unfamilier hardware, since then we have had no problems with any of the people or service. Tech support is a dream to work with.

    TulsaConnect was quick to hook us up once the phone company got the line installed. This is my second location to have hooked up with TulsaConnect. Their excellent tech support more than makes up for any other deficencies.

    The service includes 3 static IP addresses, virus and SPAM scanning of emails, and 10 MB of web space. I think their is a backup dial-up service too, but I haven't had to use it.

    I basically ordered the service one day and had it up and running the next.

    I'm using an Efficient Networks SpeadStream 5260 ADSL modem and a NetGear FR318 firewall. They were very easy to get up and running and have been very reliable. TulsaConnect will even assist you in configuring the modem or router.

    I don't know what I'd do without it now!!!
