I got DSL from Media Log a few weeks ago and its really great. The speed
compared to what i was using is incredable. I had some technical questions
and Avi, the customer service rep at Media Log, walked me through them with
little pain. One thing that I really liked is that the phones are answered
by a real person and not a computer.

satisfied with the service they have provided. When we have had questions
they have been very responsive. Our service representative Ray Chalme has
been a pleasure to work with.

I have found Media Log to be an excellent choice from the maze of providers
in the New York area. From contract through installation every step was
handled professionally and courteously. I have several technical issues
since installation that have been addressed promptly and correctly on the first visit. As a result of this experience, I am now recommending them to my clients for DSL.
