OK, it you are thinking about using PSN, don't! My company is ordering another DSL line, and are going to drop PSN once it is installed.
Sales was probably the best department in the whole company (and that isn't saying much), they actually call you back.
Installation was late. Their tech support does not pick up the phone, you go on hold for a long, long, long time, then you have to leave a message. They never installed what we paid for. We paid for a DSL router, got a bridge. We paid for a 1.5 Mbps down, 384 kbps up link. We get about 100 kbps down/up, might as well go back to ISDN. We also get all kind of dropped packets within PSN's network.
This is the most unreliable connection ever. It goes down about once every other day anywhere from 5 mins to 1 hour. They have the slowest mail server I have ever seen.
Conclusion, what you pay for is what you get. We got 32 IP addresses, a 1.5 Mbps/384 kbps link, a DSL router all for $1800 for one year. Sounded great. But it has been the biggest nightmare ever.
I use Pacbell DSL at home. It works great. It took a while to install, but after that is has performed well. I get about 1.2 Mbps download, much better than PSN.
