Since signing with ZDial DSL ($44.95/mo.) the following has happened: 1) DSL service was cut off in September without warning or explanation, probably because ZDial wasn't paying COVAD on time; 2) Spent hours trying to contact ZDial by phone to get info; 3) Was told dialup service would be free while DSL was out yet continued to be billed for DSL; 4) Dialup numbers don't work or cut out frequently; 5) Support is poor to nonexistent. In short. ZDial isn't ready for prime time in Washington DC.
