Atlas has been great to work with from sales to service to helping me set-up everything. We've got 2 offices one in Ft. Lauderdale and one in Miami, FL. and Atlas helped me get it all working quickly. However, I did have to shell out some money for a router up front and now I'm concerned because currently they only sell Northpoint. I got a message this morning that Northpoint is essentially out of business.
Hopefully, Atlas will quickly re-align with another local loop provider (Rythyms or Covad) otherwise I'm going to have to look for service somewhere else, which would be a shame.
I was just forced to switched from Speedsl.com (because they almost went out of business) to LMKI,inc. (their parent co.), then forced back to Speedsl.com, then I chose to leave them both and go to Atlas (pretty good) all within a few months, now I may have to switch again -- bummer.
